As a response to the effect that covid had on the automotive aftermarket industry, we adjusted our business approach and refocused our efforts on best-in-class customer service. Our booth embodied a time when customer service was king. In 2021 Premier made substantial headway in winning back those lost B2B customers.

This project consisted of the design and development of the theme, conference space, signage, dealer events, management, and execution of all tradeshow aspects.
