The Dealer Incentive Trip was an exclusive tropical getaway that rewarded Premier's top 100 wholesale dealers with a dynamic week of networking and deal-making. Over 10 months, dealers from Premier's 5,000+ network competed for coveted spots at this prestigious event.
I managed all aspects of this signature program - from researching and selecting the venue to coordinating with a premier event company for logistics, accommodations, and travel arrangements. Additionally, I spearheaded marketing campaigns and created materials for 30 manufacturing partners, maximizing their exposure to Premier's elite dealer audience.
The centerpiece was three half-day conference sessions featuring a speed-dating format, where vendors showcased their latest innovations and top-selling products. Business relationships flourished not just during formal presentations, but also poolside and during group excursions, creating an immersive environment where deals came together naturally.
